Easy to make no kneading, just add water. 350 g ($15.80).
Our Power bread mix is flour-less, uses whole grains, nuts, and seeds. It is high in protein, fiber, iron and potassium. It contains zero cholesterol and is also gluten-free and vegan.
Its incredibly easy to make all you need is water, a bread/loaf tin and an oven.
The final bread can be frozen for up to 3 months so it wont go to waste
almonds, pumpkin seeds, brown rice, sunflower seeds, Italian Organic sun-dried tomatoes chia seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, garlic powder, rosemary salt, pepper
Just add the packet mix to 300 ml of cold water and stir thoroughly. The mixture will be sticky, cover with a cloth and set aside for 1hr. Do NOT add more water. Add the mixture to a loaf (baking) tin* and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (Fan180°C) for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool to room temperature for 2 hrs before removing bread from tin. Slice and serve. (can be frozen for up to 3 months)
* A flexible silicon loaf tin/pan works best, for easy removal of the loaf
