Welcome to the delights of Middle Eastern cooking.

 

Let me take you to the culinary journey through all the magical flavors of The Middle East- fragrant herbs , aromatic spices and fresh veggies. We are going to 'visit' 3 countries: Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia. The class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance.

 

MENU:

 

We will start with Lebanon and smoky BABA GANOUSH - a creamy dish made of the eggplants and tahina
We are going to prepare another Lebanese speciality - plant based HALLOUMI CHEESE.
Then we will move to Morocco and their traditional soup - HARIRA. It's a delicious soup consisting of pulses, vegetables, and a melange of fragrant spices.
Our last stop is Tunisia, where the delicious SHASHUKA is coming from , we are going to prepare a veganised version without eggs.

We will prepare 3 plant based dishes which can be easily replicated at home. They will give an introduction to meat free versions of Middle Eastern Cooking.

 

 

This class will be hands-on , we are going to cook everything from scratch, with fresh local produce .

After the class please stay to enjoy your food or take it home with you to eat there. You will also receive a set of the recipes so you will be able to replicate them and treat your family and friends.
