Easy to make no kneading, just add water. 350 g .

Our Power bread mix is flourless and uses whole grains, nuts, and seeds. It is high in protein, fiber, iron and potassium. It contains zero cholesterol and is also gluten-free and vegan.

Its incredibly easy to make all you need is water, a bread/loaf tin and an oven.

The final bread can be frozen for up to 3 months so it wont go to waste

Ingredients :

   almonds, pumpkin seeds, brown rice, sunflower seeds, chia seeds,

   flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, pepper


Instructions :

Just add the packet mix to 300 ml of cold water and stir thoroughly. The mixture will be sticky, cover with a cloth and set aside for 1hr. Do NOT add more water. Add the mixture to a loaf (baking) tin* and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C (Fan 180 °C) for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool to room temperature for 2 hrs before removing bread from tin. Slice and serve.

(can be frozen for up to 3 months)

* A flexible silicon loaf tin/pan works best, for easy removal of the loaf
